Go to https://tailscale.com/downloadarrow-up-right and download tailscale
Just click on continue many times.

Once is installed, you will see this popup:
It will install a system extension, for this, you will need to click install now
install now
And then you will need to open preferences/privacy&security/allow tailscale
preferences/privacy&security/allow tailscale
Then, allow VPN configuration
Open tailscale from the top right of your machine
Login again
Select network email (where you want to connect)
network email
That's all! you should see the Login successful and now you should be able to access any tailscale url exposed from that network.
