Free LLM on your machine (Ollama)

Go to Ollama. And click Download

If you are in mac, after installation open the app, then go to

http://localhost:11434/localhost

If you are in linux, after installation, you want to run

curl -fsSL https://ollama.com/install.sh | sh

And then go to your localhost.

You should see this:

Now le'ts add a model, run in your console:

ollama pull llama2

llama2 is just a model, but there is a bunch of options. Check them here

If you have downloaded the desktop version, you can just chat with it and choose the model you want and start chating.

or from the console you can run:

ollama run llama2

And you can talk to it.

If you are in the console you can execute /bye to stop talking to
